Working together to promote hope, healing, stroke awareness, and healthier communities.
Meet Menzaire Boykins-Esters
Faith. Healing. Purpose.
Menzaire Boykins-Esters is a Detroit-based stroke survivor, #1 Amazon bestselling author, entrepreneur, wellness advocate, and founder of the Breathe Sis Foundation. Her life is a testament to resilience, unwavering faith, and the power of purpose.
In November 2021, at just 39 years old, Menzaire survived a life-changing hemorrhagic stroke caused by a congenital arteriovenous malformation (AVM). What could have become the end of her story instead became the beginning of her calling.
Through faith, perseverance, and God's grace, she transformed her personal journey into a mission to educate, encourage, and empower others.

Leading Women Toward Healing
As founder of the Breathe Sis Foundation, Menzaire has created a faith-centered community where women are encouraged to pause, breathe, heal, and rise.
Through wellness programs, support groups, educational workshops, prayer gatherings, community outreach, and special events, she helps women strengthen their faith while nurturing their emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Her message is simple:
Your current chapter is not your whole story.
